Post 10: Bye Bye!

Hello!

It is the last time I write on the blog and I'm writting late because I was so tired by the university. I haven’t slept well the last few days, I have had many trials.

I think blogging is more fun that do test. I also believe that blogs could be more interesting, but it's a fun part of the class even though it costs much English. My English is very bad, so blogging is difficult.

Next year I want to take an English course, outside the university. I would go to learn English outside Chile in the future. The college courses were difficult and I think as had many obligations could not make good to learn. I think I have a lot to improve my pronunciation, I think I feel funny talking and so I dont.

I'll tell you about that I have to use English. I used to think I would need to know much English for college but I've never had to read or speak English in my career. That's something that gave me peace of mind because I thought I did not know any English. Outside the university I do not take much English either.

I know I have to learn to write and speak English well because I want to continue studying, I would like to study outside Chile and I know that is required to know a second language. It is also required to know English to get a master's degree in the University of Chile.

Post 9: 2015 Reflections Have you had a good year?

Hello!

Today I 'll tell you my reflections about my year 2015.

First, this year is ending very fast, I think it's because I did ​​many activities. During this year I participated in the student center of sociology. For this I went to  many meetings and activities during the week.

Also, in the University I had many subjects and I was an assistant for the subject Methodology. I learned a lot in some subjects but also I missed a lot of classes because I was tired.

Another activity that I did in the year 2015 was to participate in a political organization.  So that I have many meetings, many activities on weekends and also I go to many activities to learn about politics.

I didn`t like this year because I was very tired and every day I was sleepy . I participated in many activities and I needed more time. Sometimes I had to miss school or tryouts other things.

Although I was always very very tired, I really like the activities that I did. I like to organize things with my classmates and I also like to go out with my friends and I like being with my family too. I will never stop doing these things because it makes me happy.

I think that I would be bored if I did a few things , I like to always have activities to do. My year 2015 was very full of things to do but I was very happy. I met many interesting people this year , for example my boyfriend .

Post 8: Summer Plans

Always my summer , I have still two months of vacations because I 'm in college and i divide them in two parts, January and February.

During January, I work and I travel with my friends . In the vacations on January I stay in Santiago a few days or I go to the beach with my friends. This year I don`t think I would work because I`m working during November and December with surveys and with that money I can stop working in January. 

on vacation days I like to wake up late and do nothing during the day , I hope to do that many days during January.

During February I am always with my family. My father has two weeks of vacation and my mother too , so we go to south of Chile. My family have a house near Caburgua. Since I was four years old my family have this house, all my memories of vacations are there. For me it`s very important to be with my family on vacation, during February we don`t make extraordinary activities but it is time that I like most in my summer .

During those weeks we cook and we eat typical Chilean food. We go in the evenings to the  river near my house, we sometimes do the roasted in the river and had lunch there. I also like going to ride a bike around ,the place is very beautiful because it is out of town. I can`t hear any noise. 

Post 7: My Best Friend

Hello!

Today I will talk you about my best friend, her name is Gabriela Ferrer.

Gabriela is 22 years old, is studying anthropology at the University Alberto Hurtado. She loves music, she sings very well. Also she plays for a football team and participates in a batucada at the University too.

Gabriela I met in 1999 when both were in first grade, we had 6 years. We were classmates in school for 12 years.

In 2007 walked together to scout, I have many fond memories of camping and travel. I was lucky to be in the same group as my friend, we were together in the panda patrol and then we were together in a team called Tekultum Repu.

In 2010, Gabi went away for a year to France. I remember I was very sad because we were many hours a day together. During those months we spoke via Skype.

One of the best memories I have was in 2011, when I traveled to France to meet her. When we met, we traveled for a month in Europe, met many countries and places, and also talked everything that we had not spoken in a year.

I have many photos of that trip, I remember when walked all over Rome very hot walking and eating ice cream. It was a beautiful trip, we remain very good friends still, and we are planning to visit again when we leave college. We just have to save money.

Post 5: My future job

Hello!

I would like to work somewhere where i will be very useful.

I imagine working in future in a place with young people with participatory methodologies and popular education.

I would like to work somewhere with many people , I don`t like to work alone. I also like that my work would serve to transform the live of people .

I don`t care if I work indoors in an office or outdoors, but I would like my work is related to public policy and if I can work with young people.

I would be very happy if I could travel for my work. I would like travel in Chile and Latin America. Especially I want to travel to Venezuela or Bolivia because they have very good experiences on the subject  I like. I also like that my job allows me continue studying.

I like to do a master in public policy or in participatory democracies . I believe that public policy change is important , I think that the people or the communities have to participate in public policy. I would like to study a lot about other countries that do that.
